Surrounded by more than a dozen Shinigami, a sturdy, middle-aged Shinigami strode forward, stopping just a short distance from Aaron.

The Shinigami who had been watching from the sidelines quickly dispersed as the middle-aged man approached.

"Little Taotie, remember what I told you. I'll leave you to it." Gray Wolf whispered a warning before hastily retreating.

The middle-aged Shinigami studied Aaron with an appraising, mocking gaze. "You must be the new recruit," he said, his tone dripping with condescension.

Aaron, unbothered by the man's antagonistic demeanor, silently activated his Reiatsu Detection Loop and scanned his opponent's spiritual pressure. After assessing the reading, he shook his head slightly in disdain.

"Hey, what's that supposed to mean, punk?" one of the man's subordinates barked angrily.

"Feeling cocky, huh? Watch your step, or Brother Chiyo will toss you straight into the Forest of Menos!" another jeered, attempting to provoke him.

Aaron smiled brightly, shaking his head. "Quite the warm welcome," he said, his tone calm but edged with sarcasm.

The middle-aged Shinigami, referred to as "Chiyo," scowled at Aaron's insolence. Without another word, he drew his Zanpakutō and roared, "Boy, you're looking down on me! I'll teach you a lesson!"

Before he could strike, however, an overwhelming wave of Reiatsu erupted from Aaron, suffocating everyone present.

The sudden surge sent Chiyo's subordinates sprawling to the ground, groaning in pain.

"Ugh…"

"It hurts…"

"Brother Chiyo…"

While the others writhed in discomfort, Chiyo himself struggled to his feet, brushing off the dust on his uniform. A surge of anger lit his features as he released his own Reiatsu, which burned even stronger than before.

"Burn! Chiyo!" he shouted, activating his Shikai. Flames erupted from his Zanpakutō, forming a blazing wall that surrounded Aaron on all sides.

The commotion drew the attention of nearby Shinigami, who gathered to watch.

"Did Chiyo just activate Shikai right at the start?" one whispered.

"Looks like that newcomer's in for it," another muttered.

Inside the blazing ring, Aaron stood calmly, watching as the flames closed in. He sighed and muttered, "Noisy."

In an instant, his spiritual pressure exploded outward, blowing away the encroaching flames like dust in the wind.

Chiyo's face twisted in disbelief as he realized Aaron had vanished from his sight. Before he could react, a suffocating Reiatsu pressed down on him from behind, freezing him in place.

"What…?" Chiyo gasped.

A voice, cold and steady, whispered near his ear, reciting an incantation:

"Reveal the coat of arms of defiance, unruly and turbulent.

Stir, deny, paralyze, shatter in fleeting moments.

Crawl, Iron Princess—an earthen doll that wounds itself.

Bind, rebound, expand to the ground, and embrace weakness!"

As the chant ended, a massive black cuboid engulfed Chiyo, glowing with eerie purple light.

"Hadō #90: Kurohitsugi," Aaron finished, his voice carrying an air of finality.

The black coffin trembled before shattering into fragments of black and violet energy, leaving Chiyo's body riddled with injuries. He collapsed into a bloody heap on the ground, his fate uncertain.

Gasps erupted from the onlookers.

"He used Hadō 90?!"

"Incredible!"

"Chiyo, the second strongest in the expeditionary force, taken down so easily?"

"What level is that kid's power?"

Aaron glanced briefly at Chiyo, shook his head, and walked back toward the camp. Shinigami along his path stepped aside, parting like waves before him.

Gray Wolf, who had been observing nervously, approached him with a cautious smile. "Brother Taotie… That was… impressive."

Aaron laughed lightly. "Thanks for the advice earlier. Now, tell me more about life in Hueco Mundo."

Gray Wolf hesitated for a moment, then nodded and began explaining the camp's dynamics and rules.

The next afternoon, Gray Wolf approached Aaron's tent, visibly nervous.

Aaron, having just finished a period of meditation, stepped out to meet him. "Brother Gray Wolf, what's the matter?" he asked.

Gray Wolf hesitated, fidgeting slightly. "Well… someone just returned to camp, and he's asking for you…"

Aaron smirked. "Another challenge, huh? Lead the way."
