Foundation creation was simple, just make what it does better, it was meant to increase his atunment to the world, thus increasing his talent, so just make that connection more powerfull. Next, energy stockpile and his five energy cryistals, they where so inefficient, why did he have five cryistals and one old technique meant for just one crystal? First order of business, fuse all five cryistals into one cluster. Done, now, remake the technique to use the ome cluster instead of one crystal. Next, soul visualisation. Update it to match his soul cultivation, make it so it enhances the constructs he had, the ocean, storm, sun and moon. Making them more 'real' and giving them substance. [Congratulations host on creating [soul construct: tier 2]]

Next, 108 devine meridian enhancement method. Once again, outdated. His meridians where already being passively enhanced by his 81 strands of qi, and the enhancement method had been practically engraved on them over time. Next, inner body method. Once again, outdated. He needed something that would alow his to overlap several meridians on top of each other so he could have room to add more meridians, in turn alowing him to multiply his meridian count past their limit once again. Next, Adonis. It was made to make him more attractive. But it only worked on his outside aperance, that was too low level for him. Alex had made the trait [evolving mind] earlier in the week and fused jt with the trials [evolving flesh] and [evolving soul] to create [evolving self]. And his new status [qi purification] was just the permenent effect of the wi purification pills, constenly purifying his qi. As his qi was made up of only element he could use, whenever an element he didn't have a circuit for was absorbed, it woud be used to strengthen the existing qi, thick meant he didn't have to wory about the status compleatly useing up his qi to enhance one time piece of qi.

His increase in spells was thanks to his advancement to qi absorbing, which alowed him to browse the sects scripture tower for what ever he wanted, curtsey of being the sect masters deciple.

He didn't find any hidden forgot super technique, not that he needed them, but he did find 5 that he liked, trace sensing, a simple traking spell. Storm ape fist, a CQC 'spell' that was closer to a technique based around useing lighting qi to empower the users arms, it also came with a fighting style which alex ignored compleatly.

Sword manipulation was self explanatory, it alowed him to use qi to control his weapons from afar, despite its name it worked on all weapons. And River sword was another 'spell' similar to storm ape fist which was based on coating the users wepon in flowing water qi to enhance its cutting power, it also came with a fighting style, this time alex payed attention to it but only to learn how it worked. Also like sword manipulation, it worked on any wepon so long as it had a sharp edge.
