Chapter 168: Rinne Rebirth: Madara Revived!

"You're running in the air now?"

Obito's expression was a mix of shock and disbelief. The principle behind it wasn't difficult to deduce—Guy was stepping on air, creating brief moments of resistance that allowed him to move as though running on solid ground.

It looked simple, but in the history of shinobi, only Guy had managed to achieve it.

This unprecedented feat left everyone stunned, including Obito.

As Guy closed the distance between them, he didn't immediately strike. Instead, he began circling Obito at high speed.

Exiting Kamui just as he completed the last seal, Black Zetsu appeared directly in front of Madara's body.

Obito's body began to glow with an eerie green light as the technique activated, channeling its life-for-life power. The green energy left Obito's body and surged into Madara.

The result was instantaneous. Madara's Edo Tensei form disintegrated as his soul was fully reincarnated into a living body.

"Hahaha!"

"This is it—this is the body I've been waiting for!"

Madara reveled in the warmth of his newly restored flesh. He flexed his hands and felt the hot blood coursing through his veins, a stark contrast to the cold detachment of his Edo Tensei form.

"The thrill of life... This is what battle should feel like!"

However, his joy was short-lived. As a result of being revived, the Rinnegan he had in his Edo Tensei state began to crumble. Soon, his vision was completely lost.

"Obito is finally out of the picture," Uchiha Yan muttered as he observed from his elevated throne. "Looks like it's time for me to join the fun."

Yan had been watching from a distance, noting every development. The moment Black Zetsu used Obito to revive Madara, Yan knew his moment to act was near.

"It's about time we joined the fight, don't you think?"

Yan turned to Terumi Mei, who had been sitting stiffly next to him. Without waiting for her response, he gave her a playful tap on the waist, causing her to glare at him.

Terumi Mei was far too embarrassed to respond. Throughout their brief time together, Yan had taken every opportunity to tease her. Every attempt she made to resist was quickly shut down.

Now, she had resigned herself to his antics, her protests reduced to quiet glares and sighs.

Back on the battlefield, Madara's laughter echoed as he relished his newfound vitality.

"Madara! The war is over!"

Hashirama's voice rang out, cutting through the chaos.

But Madara merely chuckled, his demeanor full of arrogance and disdain.

"Hashirama, do you remember what I said in front of the Uchiha tablet?"

Madara's words were calm, yet his tone carried the weight of his conviction.

"You thought the tablet's message meant that cooperation and mutual understanding were the path to true peace."

"But I told you—there's another interpretation."

Hashirama's eyes narrowed as he recalled the conversation.

"So all of this was part of your plan, even your own resurrection?"

"Precisely," Madara said with a smirk.

Without warning, Madara clasped his hands together and activated a technique. Hashirama, unable to move, was immobilized by the jutsu.

In an instant, Madara appeared in front of him, gripping Hashirama's throat.

"You'll understand soon enough."

Madara began siphoning Hashirama's Sage Chakra, transferring it into himself. From Madara's chest, Hashirama's face began to manifest, now marked with Sage Mode symbols.

The tables had turned once more, and Madara stood poised to unleash his full power.
