The crowd was in a frenzy, cheers echoing throughout all of Konoha.

This was a moment of celebration for everyone in the village.

Amid this revelry, Hui stood on the high platform, looking at the people below.

"He transformed Konoha into what it is today, erasing the barriers between clans and helping everyone realize that beyond their family name, they are Konoha.

"Here, I promise all of you: I will ensure that Konoha enjoys peace, free from the specter of war.

"I will make Konoha stronger and better so that everyone can live happy, fulfilling lives.

The moment Hui finished speaking, a tidal wave of cheers erupted across the village.
