Saving Uchiha, Starts by Flipping The Table

Chapter 262: Chapter 262: Allied Forces Defeated, The Five Kage Questioned

"Such a big commotion... is that a big move?"

"A big move?"

Nara Shikaku, who had been Yan's secretary, didn't understand and tilted his head in confusion.

Yan was speechless:

"It's a powerful Ninjutsu. Looks like things aren't going too smoothly. Even with the Five Kage, the Akatsuki is still tough to deal with."

"There's a strange but strong chakra. I hope the third Hokage is okay."

Shikaku showed a little concern for the third Hokage.

As for the others, they were on their own.

The allied forces weren't really involved with Konohagakure; in the end, it was just the third Hokage who led a few people there.

The sacrifice didn't have much of an impact on Konohagakure.

It was just the Sarutobi clan that would feel the loss.

"Yan, do you have some understanding of the Rinnegan?"

This was a question Shikaku had been keeping to himself.

Because the actions of Konohagakure were really strange.

It seemed like they were deliberately avoiding the Akatsuki organization.

They provided information, sold information, and then encouraged other villages to target the Akatsuki.

And the result? When the other villages rushed in, they ran straight into a brick wall and ended up badly hurt.

"I don't know anything about it."

Yan casually cursed,

"If you want to talk about understanding, it would be Jiraiya. I'm just being cautious.

The legendary Rinnegan isn't that simple, you know?

Next time something like this happens, I'll recommend you guys from the Ino-Shika-Cho clan first."

*Cough cough cough!!!*

Shikaku almost choked to death, quickly waving his hands and forcing a smile.

"No, no, no. Let the adults handle it, Ino-Shika-Cho can't take that on."

"Then why did you ask if you knew you couldn't handle it?"

Yan gave him a look that said, *you should know better than to be so paranoid.*

Understanding the Rinnegan?

Of course, but would anyone admit to that?

What the heck is this thing?

Looking up at the enormous sphere in the sky, which almost looked like an extra moon, the Five Kage, who had just escaped from the reach of Chibaku Tensei, stared in shock.

They had escaped, but the ninja from the Allied Forces weren't so lucky.

Either they were too weak to protect themselves or they were already injured and could only watch as they were sucked up.

Nagato's Chibaku Tensei cleaned up the battlefield completely.

"Not good!"

Just when the Five Kage thought it was over, a massive ball, like a meteor, quickly fell from the sky.

This was Nagato's true goal with Chibaku Tensei.

Since the five major ninja villages liked to stir up trouble, why not make it bigger? They would all stay here to accompany the people of Amegakure Village in their graves!

As for whether it would shorten his own lifespan, Nagato didn't care anymore.

He wanted the five major villages to remember this lesson, to never forget the Akatsuki.

A huge meteor fell from the sky. Even though its height wasn't that exaggerated, the power when it hit the ground was enough to crush anyone who wasn't prepared.

*Boom!!!*

The entire battlefield in Amegakure Village was covered by the falling meteor, shaking the entire Land of Rain as if an earthquake had just erupted.

Damn, what on earth did Nagato do?

A Shinra Tensei shouldn't have caused that much of a commotion. Did he really bring down several meteors?

Isn't he worried about killing himself?

Yan was still waiting for news from the Anbu, but in the end, he waited for nothing. The Anbu ninja sent to gather intelligence hardly returned.

The Anbu didn't return, and instead, the Five Kage, looking grim, had returned alone.

Seeing the Five Kage in such a sorry state, it was clear they had encountered something terrible in Amegakure Village.

What a mess!

At that moment, except for the Third Hokage, none of the others had any intention of taking the Rinnegan.

They just felt like the Allied Forces' attack on Amegakure Village was a huge mistake.

Inside the hastily set-up meeting tent, the Five Kage's faces were pale with frustration.

The most hot-headed, Raikage, couldn't take it anymore. He slammed the table, gritting his teeth and cursing,

"Damn! I didn't expect the legendary Rinnegan to be this terrifying."

The Third Hokage, leaning back in his chair, quietly sipped his tea. He didn't want to speak.

Because the ninjas sent by the Sarutobi clan had all been wiped out, and only he had made it back.

He had no idea how his clan would react when he returned to the village.

After all, it was he who first asked to move the border troops, which meant sending the Sarutobi clan's ninja onto the battlefield.

Fortunately, Tsunade only gave him a hundred men, with the rest scattered to protect the supply teams.

In the end, the supply teams were fine, but everyone he brought was wiped out.

Losing a few people isn't a big deal for Konohagakure, but it stings a bit for the Sarutobi clan.

Even if the Sarutobi clan has many ninja, losing over a hundred elite ones at once is enough to cause significant damage.

Having a lot of ninja doesn't mean you have a lot of elites.

The poor old man, by himself, led to the loss of most of the clan's Jonin and Special Jonin.

With these family pillars gone, even though the Sarutobi clan didn't lose too many ninja, their overall strength took a serious hit.

"Yan, are you sure Konohagakure didn't hide any information about the Rinnegan?"

Oonoki suddenly looked up.

The others turned their attention toward him as well.

The main reason the Allied Forces suffered such a huge loss was a lack of information.

Half of them were sent flying into the air right from the start.

Then, the Six Paths of Pain's abilities were so varied that the Five Kages could never guess what other tricks Nagato had up his sleeve.

In the end, Chibaku Tensei almost took their lives.

They managed to escape, but the village was lost.

Oonoki raised a question that was on everyone's mind. All five Kages focused on Yan, even the Third Hokage had the same thought.

Did the village really not hide any information about the Akatsuki?

"To hell with you! It's one thing for others to doubt, but why are you giving me that look?"

At that moment, Yan couldn't help but laugh in anger.

"I can guarantee, all the information we have about the Akatsuki has been fully shared, and Konohagakure knows no more about the Akatsuki than you do."

"Third Hokage, we don't have a good personal relationship, but when others are doubting us, you, who were fully aware of the village's plans and actions, should really ask yourself: Is it appropriate for you to doubt me?"

Yan didn't hold back, directly firing at the Third Hokage.

After all, he was in the right. Konohagakure had shared all the information they had, with no secrets.

As for what Yan, or Uchiha Yan, knew—this was something the village didn't even know about. How could that be considered hiding information?

It was actually the Third Hokage who seemed strange.

What's going on, Third Hokage?
